Students are offered Flu Vaccinations as part of the Hampshire Schools vaccination programme.

Vaccinations will take place on Tuesday 6th December in school.

If you wish your child to have the flu vaccination, you need to complete the online consent form which can be found on the letter below - this letter is also being sent out electronically to all parents/carers.

The consent form must be completed prior to the vaccination date.
